  • How to sign up?

    Institution accounts:
    Please follow the steps to onboard:
    1. Sign up for the institution account: https://www.HTX.com/en-us/institutions (click "Sign up" at the website)
    2. Complete online LV2 KYC requirements.

  • What are the minimum and maximum trading volumes?

    For offline OTC trading, the minimum trading volume is 100,000 USD or an equivalent amount.

  • What cryptocurrencies does HTX support?

    Offline Trading:
    HTX OTC Desk now supports block trades with the following fiat currencies and crypto. Fiat currencies: USD/EUR/GBP/AUD/CAD/HKD/JPY/SGD/CNH. Crypto: USDT.

  • What are my settlement options?

    Crypto can be settled to/from your HTX account. Fiat currencies can be settled directly to/from your bank account. Trading settlement time T+0/T+1. If your trading request is later than 17:00 (SGT), we will settle your trades the next business day (T+1).

  • Is there a fee?

    HTX OTC Desk does not charge any transaction fees. The price we show to clients is the 'all-inclusive' price.

  • How to start the trade?

    You can chat with us on Telegram to get a quotation. If you accept the price, we will send an email for confirmation. Once we receive the fund or digital asset, we will exchange the relevant crypto or fiat and send it to you.

  • How to deposit and withdraw fiat?

    To deposit, you need to deposit fiat to our bank account first. We can provide the bank details to you after the successful signup process. After the trading execution, the exchanged digital asset will be sent to your digital wallet, and vice versa.

  • What are the trading hours?

    For offline trading, the trading hours are from 9:30 to 23:00 (SGT) Monday to Friday. If your trading request is later than 17:00 (SGT), we will settle your trades the next business day (T+1). Evenings (SGT) may take us a little longer.
